Volunteers needed to revive annual cleanup day
The Guadalupe Center will host a meeting to recruit and inform volunteers interested in reviving the annual Southeast Scottsbluff cleanup day, which is set for June 18. The cleanup day will target homes east of Fifth Avenue, north of Seventh Street and south of 20th Street. On that day, residents will get a lending hand in cleaning their alleyways of trash, furniture and other items that can be thrown away. Living in Southeast Scottsbluff is not required to volunteer.
