All ages welcome! Trick or Treat in a safe Downtown environment from 4-6pm! Visit the 18th Street Plaza for some face painting by SHS students and enjoy Teal Pumpkin options (non-food treats) at select businesses such as Cappucino and Company, others will be listed soon!
