Empowering Families is excited to announce that we will host the first Panhandle Multicultural Festival on June 13 from 6-9:30 PM at the Scottsbluff Downtown Broadway Plaza. The event will feature cultural performers and booths that are representative of all the beautiful cultures that make up our Nebraska panhandle. This is a FREE event and is open to the public. Bring your lawn chair and join us in this celebration of cultural diversity and unity.
