Old West Balloon Fest: Art in the Sky Reception

The West Nebraska Arts Center, with the support of the Nebraska Arts Council, National Endowment for the Arts, and the Nebraska Cultural Endowment, are pleased to announce the opening reception of the 2023 Old West Balloon Fest: Art in the Sky Exhibit. The 2023 Old West Balloon Fest: Art in the Sky Exhibit highlights the artistic value of regional artwork and its connection to the Panhandle through celebrations. The contest was open to all in the Panhandle Valley. We were hoping to attract some of the photographers/artist that come to the Old West Balloon Fest to present their talent here at the Arts Center. All techniques, ages and skill levels were welcomed. The reception is open to all and free! We will serve refreshments, wine, and appetizers. Please stop by and enjoy this artwork with us.
