Event Description:
Awen, loosely translated from Welsh, means inspiration. Draw inspiration from Traci’s over 60 abstract oil paintings on wood panels created without using a paint brush. Enjoy pieces as wildly varied in style, size, and color themes as Traci’s thoughts and emotions. Wilkes is having her first solo exhibition called Awen, January 4 - 28, 2024, at the West Nebraska Arts Center. The community is welcome to attend the artist reception from 2pm - 4pm on Saturday, January 6th. This is a free exhibition open to the public.
